End-User License Agreement
All American Electrical Contracting, Inc.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Application and operator
This End-User License Agreement governs authorized use of the All American Electrical service-management application operated by All American Electrical Contracting, Inc. The application supports customer records, dispatch, scheduling, technician assignments, work orders, attachments, customer sign-offs, estimates, invoices, payment records, and QuickBooks Online mapping and connection.
Permission to use
The company grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access and use the application for company-approved business purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or grant a right to resell it or provide access to people the company has not authorized. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
Use only your authorized account and keep sign-in information confidential. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Enter accurate information, review records before relying on them, and report suspected unauthorized access or errors to the company. Access to a feature does not authorize a user to perform actions outside their assigned responsibilities.
Records, uploads, and customer sign-offs
Users may enter or upload information only when they have permission to do so for company work. Do not upload unlawful material or unrelated sensitive information. Customer information, attachments, and signatures must be handled according to company instructions and the application Privacy Policy. A customer sign-off records the acknowledgment presented at the time of signing; it does not replace a separate service contract, change an agreed price, or waive rights unless the applicable document expressly provides for that result.
QuickBooks Online integration
Only an authorized administrator may authorize access to the company’s QuickBooks Online account. Intuit controls its sign-in and consent process and applies its own terms. The current application integration connects or disconnects the account, imports customer and product/service reference lists, and stores mappings. It does not post invoices, estimates, or payments to QuickBooks. Users must verify that they have selected the correct company and correct mappings. The accounting review CSV is a review export, not a QuickBooks import file.
Acceptable use
Do not access information without authorization, interfere with the application or its providers, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials or authorization links, misrepresent records, or use the application unlawfully. Do not distribute application access or confidential company information without authorization.
Availability and changes
The application may be changed, maintained, interrupted, or discontinued as business needs and provider services change. The company may restrict or suspend access for security, misuse, or changes in a user’s authorization. Users should report problems and follow company procedures for maintaining business records and verifying accounting information.
Business decisions and service contracts
The application assists business operations; it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or electrical-safety judgment. Users must review estimates, invoices, payments, and work records before issuing or relying on them. Electrical-service pricing, warranties, payment obligations, and customer rights are governed by the relevant service agreements and applicable law. This software agreement does not change those agreements.
Ending access and disconnecting
When authorization ends, the user must stop using the application. An authorized administrator can disconnect QuickBooks using the application controls. Disconnecting removes saved connection tokens but does not automatically erase local business records, imported reference lists, or mappings. Questions about record access, correction, or deletion should be sent to the company.
Privacy, updates, and contact
Information is handled as described in the application Privacy Policy. The company may revise this agreement and provide the revised version to authorized users. Questions about application use should be sent to ebreeden@aaenfl.com or 904-253-3113. The operator is All American Electrical Contracting, Inc., 420 Beverly Lane, Jacksonville, Florida 32254, United States.
