Application Privacy Policy
All American Electrical Contracting, Inc.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
About this policy
This policy describes how All American Electrical Contracting, Inc. handles information in its All American Electrical service-management application, including its QuickBooks Online integration. The application is used by authorized company personnel to manage electrical-service work. This policy covers the application; third-party websites and services have their own privacy terms.
Information handled by the application
The application handles customer names, contact details, billing information, service addresses, work-order descriptions, scheduling and technician assignments, completion notes, uploaded photos and documents, customer sign-off names, signatures and dates, estimates, invoices, and records of payments entered by authorized users. User-account information and operational records may be processed by the hosting services to provide access, maintain the application, and investigate errors.
QuickBooks Online information
When an authorized company administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the integration receives the company identifier and authorization tokens. On a requested list import, it retrieves QuickBooks customer names and identifiers, product/service names and identifiers, item types, and active/inactive status. The application uses these records to match local customers and billing lines to the corresponding QuickBooks records. The current integration supports authorization, list imports, mappings, and disconnection. It does not create or update QuickBooks invoices, estimates, or payments. Future changes to the information exchanged will be reflected in this policy before those features are enabled.
How information is used
Information is used to schedule and perform service work, maintain customer and work-order records, document completion and customer acknowledgment, prepare estimates and invoices, record payment information, and prepare accounting mappings. Operational information is used to maintain access and troubleshoot the application. The application does not include advertising or a feature for selling customer information.
Who can receive information
Authorized company users receive access appropriate to their configured application permissions. Budibase provides the application interface and stores its internal records and attachments. Supabase provides the PostgreSQL database and the server function used for the QuickBooks connection. Intuit provides QuickBooks Online and handles sign-in and authorization on its own systems. These providers process information required to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations or protect the company, users, or others.
Hosting and protection
Budibase Cloud hosts its servers in Ireland. The configured Supabase database connection uses the United States region us-east-1. Provider infrastructure and network processing may involve other locations according to the providers’ own terms. The QuickBooks connection code encrypts saved authorization tokens and keeps client-secret values in server-side configuration. Access is controlled through application and database permissions. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.
Retention, requests, and corrections
Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes the connection and removes saved access and refresh tokens from the connection store. It does not automatically delete local work orders, billing records, imported lists, customer mappings, attachments, or sign-offs. The company retains business records as needed for its service operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information or to ask about retention. We will review the request, verify authority where needed, and explain any legal or operational limits that apply. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies in provider backups.
User choices
An authorized company administrator can choose whether to connect QuickBooks, import its lists, and disconnect the integration using the application’s QuickBooks controls. Users should upload only information needed for the service work and avoid entering card numbers, bank credentials, or unrelated sensitive information. The application is intended for authorized business use and is not directed to children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the application or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
